Maxwell Miles was founded by Leighanne Maxwell in 2014.  Leighanne has worked for over 20 years for major brands and retailers in the UK, successfully leading Marketing, Ecommerce and Commercial Divisions. She also worked for the UKs leading Omni-Channel Retail Consultancy and has extensive experience in retail and consumer industries working for some of the world’s best known brands. She has developed strategies that grow and shape businesses, driven huge performance improvements and made change happen.
